We're here!

The Rouge flight was fine despite being trimmed down in amenities.  Supper was tasty and
breakfast was a slice of banana bread. The extra leg room on our premium seats was worth it.
Ray had some sleep but I only managed to rest.

So we got into Lisbon Airport around 11:20, went through passport control with no hassle,
managed to get a SIM card for Ray's phone from the Vodafone store, went to the Metro station
and each bought a 3 day transit card, rode the subway to Campo Grande with one transfer
and walked to our hotel.

The sales woman at Vodafone was very helpful - they were doing a booming business in
cell phone cards and SIMs - as was the transit official who was helping all sorts of people,
us included, choose transit cards and use the machines.

It's like summer here, we're cooking.

A little later...

We've walked and taken the subway, seen some of the waterfront, had a little meal and stopped at a
grocery store.

Our hotel is very close to the University of Lisbon so we walked through the campus as well as
the Campo Grande Park, bordered by two boulevards.
